We check whether your basis qualifies and arrange residency on it. The company or property does not have to have been set up or bought through us.
We define the result separately for each applicant and for the bank application: the proposal states what we arrange and for whom.
Before work begins, the proposal sets out the applicants, the basis for residency, the scope of work, our fee and third-party costs.
A residence visa and tax residency are different statuses with different conditions. UAE tax residency is not part of the service.
Finding housing, schools and other aspects of settling in are not part of the service.
Setting up a company and buying property are separate services: “UAE Company Setup” and “Dubai Real Estate”. If residency for the owner or director is already included in the agreed scope of the company setup service, you do not pay for that work twice: here we arrange residency for the family and other applicants.
Residency for your company’s employees is arranged by separate agreement.
We also handle renewals of visas and Emirates IDs – according to the renewals calendar, as separate work.
Government fees and other third-party payments are shown separately from our fee.
We carry out additional work only after agreeing its scope and cost with you.

We prepare the documents, coordinate the submission and the mandatory procedures for each applicant and, once residency is obtained, submit the application for a personal account. You have a single point of contact.

Once the basis and the family members are confirmed, we draw up a personal list of documents and necessary steps. We explain in advance which documents need to be prepared in the country of issue and at which stages your presence in the UAE will be required.
Yes. For a residence visa and Emirates ID, applicants complete procedures in person in the UAE. How many times and for how long you need to come depends on the type of residency; we tell you before work begins.
For standard residency, as a rule, there is a restriction on continuous absence from the UAE for more than six months. We check for exceptions and other conditions for keeping your status before the process starts. This restriction does not apply to the Golden Visa.
We support the opening of a personal account after the residence visa and Emirates ID have been issued. We do not provide this service separately from residency.
The fee and the timeline depend on the basis and the number of applicants. After the introductory call you receive a written proposal: the scope of work, our fee, third-party costs, and the timeline or how it will be determined.
We help you gather and prepare the necessary documents, submit the applications and support them through review within the agreed scope. If a government authority or bank asks for clarification, we help prepare the answers and additional information. The final decision and the review timeline are determined by the relevant authority or bank, so we cannot promise approval or an exact date for it.
A residence visa does not in itself mean this: a residence visa and tax residency are different statuses with different conditions. Tax residency is not part of the service.
