Financial management in international business
I led the finance function at large international companies, including during periods of economic crisis. I managed costs, payments and procurement worth more than €500 million. This experience helps me assess a solution as a whole: the cost of the changes, the cost of operating afterwards, cash flows and risks. It matters that a saving in one area does not create higher costs in another.
Leading companies in Europe
I was a director of European companies and dealt with their management, their dealings with government authorities and the practicalities of operating in different tax systems. So when choosing a structure, I also look at how the company will operate after registration: who makes decisions, and how documents, payments and recurring obligations are organised. Tax and legal provisions are checked with specialist professionals in the relevant countries.
My own business in the UAE and Europe
I have run my own business since 2021; today I am a partner in companies in the UAE and Europe. I know company registration, banking and ongoing company administration from my own experience as an entrepreneur. I use this experience to discuss with clients, in advance, the recurring costs and obligations that will arise after launch.
What I do personally
I hold the introductory call, take part in developing the solution and am responsible for the quality of the result. Before work begins, we clarify your goal and agree what is to be done, how much it costs and who is involved in the project.
If your project requires a calculation, you receive a comparison of options and a recommendation with its conditions and limitations. If the changes do not justify the costs, I say so plainly. Decisions about your business and investments are yours.
